Orders and Shipping

To place an order, enter the quantities of the desired product(s). Once completed in the shopping cart, fill in the header and shipping address details. The customer takes responsibility for the accuracy of the entered data.

Upon receiving the order, we will send a confirmation via email, and the package will be prepared within 24 business hours from the receipt of payment.

It is our commitment to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible, using express couriers. For vegetable plant orders, shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday to avoid stockouts. For orders made with cash on delivery, the plants will only be shipped every Monday after verifying the address and phone number.

For orders placed with bank transfer, we await receipt of payment before shipping.

IMPORTANT: For custom orders of any item, payment must be made at the time of the order, cash on delivery orders for customizations will not be accepted.

PRIVACY

The collection of personal data occurs when data is voluntarily transmitted through a contact form or when an order is placed. We only use the data for order processing. Once the contract has been fulfilled and any retention periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted. It will not be shared with any third parties for advertising or other purposes.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with the law (Consumer Code Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), it is possible to request the return of the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that the products have not been used (first use) or opened (in case of sealed closures, blister packs, films, and closed plastics). After indicating the intention to return via email, please include the details of the goods and any article codes to be returned, as well as the date and number of the invoice / order containing the goods to be returned.

The packaging must be taken care of as for the initial shipment, the shipping costs and any insurance for the sent item are at the customer's expense who wishes to exercise the Right of Withdrawal. The Customer is responsible for the goods during the return and is subject to the payment of shipping costs; therefore, it is recommended to insure the goods during shipment as we will not be held responsible for any damages during the return.
If return packages are received cash on delivery or without a clear return code or without a previously sent request email, or if they show damages or tampering, they will be returned to the sender without the right to withdrawal.
The refund will be made within 15 working days exclusively by bank transfer.

LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the purchased goods if used improperly or by individuals not technically skilled. We are not liable for any potential damage caused to the goods themselves or any other media or materials. We are not responsible for any harm to individuals resulting from the use of the purchased products. In case of incorrect use and ingestion of the products, promptly consult a doctor. Adults are required to supervise minors' activity when using the purchased products.

JURISDICTION

For the potential resolution of the purchase contract resulting from disputes through civil or criminal procedures, reference is made to the Court of the Municipality of Naples.
