Orders and Shipping

To place an order, enter the quantities of the desired product(s), once completed in the shopping cart fill in the header and shipping address details, The customer takes responsibility for the accuracy of the information entered.

Once the order is received, we will send a confirmation via email, and the package will be prepared within 24 working hours from the receipt of payment.

It is our priority to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible using express couriers. For vegetable plants, shipments are made from Monday to Wednesday to avoid inventory, for cash on delivery orders, the plants will be shipped only every Monday after verifying the address and phone number.

For orders placed by bank transfer, we await receipt of payment before shipment.

IMPORTANT: For custom orders of any item, payment must be made at the time of order, no cash on delivery orders will be accepted for customizations.

PRIVACY

The collection of personal data occurs when the data is voluntarily transmitted either through a contact form or when placing an order. We use the data only for order processing purposes. once the contract has been fully executed and any retention periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted. Under no circumstances will it be shared with third parties for advertising or other purposes.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with the law (Consumer Code Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), it is possible to request the return of the goods within 14 days from the purchase order provided that the products have not been used (first use) or opened (in case of hermetic closures, blisters, films, and closed plastics). After indicating the intention to return via email, including details of the goods and any item codes to be returned, date and number of the invoice/order containing the goods to be returned.

The packaging must be taken care of as for the initial shipment, the shipping costs and any insurance of the goods sent are the responsibility of the customer who wishes to exercise the Right of Withdrawal. The Customer is responsible for the goods when returning them and is subject to paying the shipping costs, so it is advisable to insure the goods during shipment, we will not be held responsible for damages during the return.
If return parcels are received cash on delivery or without a clear return code or without a previously sent request email or if they show damages or tampering, these will be returned to the sender without being able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The refund will be made within 15 working days exclusively via bank transfer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We do not take responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the purchased goods if used improperly or by individuals not technically competent. We are not responsible for any possible damage caused to the goods themselves or any other supports or materials. Adults are required to supervise minors' activity during the use of purchased products.

JURISDICTION

For the possible resolution of the purchase contract resulting from disputes through civil or criminal procedures, reference is made to the Court of the Municipality of Naples.
